At Cherish These, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer during peak periods or if we need to verify shipping details.
If your order includes a personalized or adjusted item, additional production time may be required before shipment.
Estimated delivery times
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days after shipment, depending on the item and destination. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. In some cases, tracking information may take a few days to update after the shipment is created.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at support@cherishthese.com before filing a chargeback so we can assist you.
Multiple-item orders
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment partners or prepared separately.
Incorrect email address
If you do not receive your order confirmation or shipping emails, please contact us at support@cherishthese.com. In many cases, this happens because the email address entered at checkout was incorrect.
Order Issues & Delivery Support
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at support@cherishthese.com. We’re here to help.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
We can help with issues such as:
- damaged items
- defective items
- incorrect items
- significant delivery issues
- other order-related concerns
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include your order number along with any helpful photos if applicable.
Important notes
We may not be able to cover issues caused by:
- an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- packages refused or not collected after delivery attempts
- delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside our control
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact us and we will review the situation with you and help determine the best next steps.
Before returning an item
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. In many cases, our team may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a return. If a return is needed, we will provide the proper instructions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
