Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days from delivery. If 60 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

We want our customers to feel confident ordering from Cherish These. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@cherishthese.com and our team will work with you to make it right.

We accept returns, replacements, or other resolutions for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you are unhappy with your order for another reason, please contact us and we will review the situation with you.

To be eligible for a return, items should be in the same condition that you received them unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To help us process your request, please include your packing slip or order information when contacting us.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • items not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error
  • items that are returned outside our policy window
  • other situations where a partial refund is the most appropriate resolution

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and let you know whether your refund or other resolution has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Sale items may still be eligible for a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another resolution depending on the issue. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We offer a 60-day exchange policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item should be in the same condition that you received it unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to us unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will cover shipping for the replacement item back to you where applicable.

Please include your original packing slip and details of the item you would like in exchange.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your exchange has been approved. If approved, we will send your replacement item.

Exchanges may only be made for merchandise of equal value unless otherwise agreed by our support team.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate may be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
